Edge cases — each one paid for once
A process holding two credentials has two identities and is refused by name
readCredential() reads MINDS_BUILDER_API_KEY or MINDS_ACCESS_TOKEN from the environment and nowhere else; a process that holds both is refused as two_credentials rather than having one picked for it, because a client that silently chose would act as whichever identity happened to win and nothing downstream could tell which.
